Benchmarking in GJ Steel Thailand<

By GJ Steel Chairman, Dr Somsak's invitation, Shanghai Zont Tech CEO Mr. Shao Xing Mao had initiated a CSP benchmarking workshop between GJS and Baotou Steel. Main objectives are to exchange knowledge on cost reduction concept and cost benchmarking. They find relevant gap of differences. On need basis, GJ Steel could learn from Baotou Steel on their localization of Chinese spare parts, old machinery revamping and upgrading, and their professional management on consumables/refractory. This will improve competitiveness and maximize the return.
